His journey—from his first head-kick victory in February to his dominant dual-gold performance this July—is a testament to what happens when talent meets tireless work ethic.

• Ali Ahmed displayed the indomitable heart of a true champion. Faced with the challenge of competing above his weight class, he did not hesitate; he rose to the occasion with fearless resolve.
